1. How do I place an order at gladyce.store?

You can easily place an order by browsing the products on our website, selecting the size and color you want, then adding the product to your cart and proceeding to checkout. We will guide you through the checkout process step by step.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your number, please check our shipping confirmation email.

4. How long does it take to ship?

Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days (may be longer, depending on destination) from the date the order is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, closed Saturday, Sunday (excluding public holidays). A signature will be required upon delivery.

However, there will be circumstances that we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.
